目的 通过实验对超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, UPLC-MS/MS)正离子模式和负离子模式测定脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(deoxynivalenol, DON)结果进行研究比较。方法 样品分别经过不同的前处理方法, 再分别用串联四级杆质谱在电喷雾正离子(ESI+)和负离子(ESI-)模式下测定DON含量。结果 正离子模式线性范围为1~900 ng/mL, r≥0.999, 精密度为3.1%~4.2%, 负离子模式线性范围为2~800 ng/mL, r≥0.995, 精密度为3.5%~4.8%。质控试验结果均在质控样标准值范围内。结论 正离子模式灵敏度更高、线性范围更宽、结果更加准确可靠。 |

Objective To compare cation and anion ionization modes for determination of deoxynivalenol (DON) by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Method Samples were dealt with different pretreatment methods, and DON was detected by UPLC-MS/MS through cation mode and anion mode. Results The linear range of cation mode was 1~900 ng/mL with r≥0.999, and accuracy were 3.1%~4.2%. The linear range of anion mode was 2~800 ng/mL with r≥0.995, and accuracy were 3.5%~4.8%. Quality control test results were within the scope of the standard values of quality control sample. Conclusion The cation mode is better than anion mode, which has higher sensitivity, wider linear range, and is more accurate and reliable. |
