目的 建立全自动葡萄酒成分分析仪测定葡萄酒中总糖的方法。方法 利用全自动葡萄酒成分分析仪实现检测过程中自动完成加样本、读空白、加试剂、反应显色、比色检测和数据处理等步骤,对葡萄酒中总糖进行了测定。结果 与国家标准GB/T 15038-2006《葡萄酒、果酒通用分析方法》的直接滴定法进行对比, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)小于3%, 同时测定了样品的加标回收, 回收率为92%~102%。结论 该法具有无需样品前处理、样品和试剂耗量少、灵敏度高等优点, 适合于不同类型葡萄酒分析, 是一种高效、准确、快速的分析手段。 |

Objective To establish a method for determination of total sugar in wine by thermo scientific gallery automatic discrete analyzer. Methods Some steps including sample and reagents dispensing, water blank, mixing and incubation, colorimetric reading and data processing were realized automatically by this instrument. Then total sugar in wine was detected. Results Compared with titration method of the national standard (GB/T 15038-2006 Analytical methods of wine and fruit wine), it was found that the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 3%. Meanwhile, the recovery rates were between 92%~102% at spiked levels. Conclusion The method has the advantages of less processing, less sample and reagent and more sensitivity, which can be used for analysis of different types of wine, and it is an efficient, accurate and quick analysis method. |
