      目的 使用Top-down技术控制图法评定电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定菠菜中铜含量的不确定度。方法 按照GB 5009.268-2016《食品中多元素的测定》规定的分析方法, 使用菠菜质控样品, 在期间精密度条件下, 进行铜含量的测定, 基于Top-down控制图法的原理对积累的数据进行检验和分析。结果 通过绘制的x图与MR图, 可看出测量系统处于统计受控状态。在证明分析结果偏移受控及正态分布的情况下, 计算得到不确定的结果U=0.6 mg/kg。结论 Top-down技术用于化学分析不确定评估将不确定评估与实验室内部质量控制工作有机地结合起来, 减少了工作量, 具有广泛的应用前景。

      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of copper content in spinach by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) based on the Top-down control charting method. Methods According to GB 5009.268-2016 Determination of multiple element in foods, the cooper content of the quality control spinach sample was determined under the condition of precision during the period. Based on the principle of Top-down control charting method, the accumulated data was tested and analyzed. Results By drawing the x diagram and the MR diagram, it could be seen that the measurement system were in the state of statistical control. The result of uncertainty was 0.6 mg/kg, when the analysis results were controlled by offset and belonged to normal distribution. Conclusion Top-down control charting method is used in the uncertainty evaluation of chemical analysis, which combines the uncertainty evaluation with the laboratory internal quality control work, reduces the workload, and has a wide range of application prospects.
