质量监督是食品检测实验室管理的重要环节, 是食品检测实验室人员能力提升的有效手段。有效的质量监督活动可确保食品检测实验室人员胜任检测工作, 保证检测结果的准确性和客观性。因缺乏统一标准, 食品检测实验室的质量监督工作不同程度地存在一些问题与不足, 如监督员的选择、监督对象、监督记录、监督频次、监督时机、监督评价等, 影响了质量监督活动的效果。本文结合食品检测实验室实际, 阐述了食品检测实验室质量监督活动存在的问题, 并针对存在的问题提出了建议和措施。 |

As an effective way to enhance the staff’s competence, quality supervision is the key step in the quality management of food testing laboratories. Effective quality supervision can ensure the personnel of the food laboratories competent for their work, and guarantee the accuracy and objectivity of testing results. Due to lack of uniform standards, there still exist some problems in the quality supervision of food testing laboratories such as the choice of supervisor, supervision object, supervision records, supervision frequency, supervision opportunity and supervision evaluation, which influence the effect of quality supervision. This paper raised the problems in quality supervision of food testing laboratories, and provided suggestions and measures accordance with the existing problems. |
