      目的 分析2006~2016年山东口岸进境再生资源疫情截获情况, 提出检疫监管的合理化建议。 方法 从截获有害生物年变化规律、再生资源类型、有害生物类别、来源地、分支局、检疫性有害生物等方面进行统计, 得出相关结论。结果 截获有害生物种次变化趋势分别呈现明显的两个高峰和低谷时间段。废纸、废塑料、废有色金属、废五金电器截获有害生物种类最多。昆虫、杂草截获种类最多, 昆虫截获种次最多。美国、日本、韩国、加拿大、英国位居截获来源地前5位。潍坊出入境检验检疫局、烟台出入境检验检疫局、淄博出入境检验检疫局、荣成出入境检验检疫局、黄岛出入境检验检疫局位居有截获记录分支局前5位。假高粱(及其杂交种)、豚草、三裂叶豚草、黑高粱、南方菟丝子、刺蒺藜草位居检疫性有害生物截获种次前6位。结论 山东口岸进境再生资源具有种类较多、来源较广、携带有害生物风险高且疫情复杂的特点, 建议综合运用多种手段提高再生资源有害生物疫情检出率, 有效保护国门生物安全。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the situation of the outbreak of regenerated resources in Shandong port from 2006 to 2016, and to put forward rationalization proposals for quarantine supervision. Methods The relevant conclusions were drawn from the statistics of the annual change of pest control, types of renewable resources, categories of harmful organisms, source of origin, branch bureau and the quarantine pests. Results There were two obvious peaks and valleys in the time of interception of harmful biological species. Waste paper, waste plastics, waste non-ferrous metals, metal and electrical appliance scraps intercepted harmful biological species most. The most species intercepted were insects and weeds, the most intercepted numbers were insects. The United States, Japan, Korea, Canada and Britain were in the top 5 interceptions. Weifang entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau, Yantai entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau, Zibo entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau, Rongcheng entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau, Huangdao entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau were in the top 5 branch bureaus which had intercepted record. Data showed that Sorghum halepense, Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Ambrosia trifida, Sorghum almum, Cuscuta australis, Cenchrus echinatus ranked the top 6 in intercepted quarantine pests. Conclusion The renewable resources at Shandong port have the characteristics of wide variety, wide source, high risk of carrying dangerous pests and complicated epidemic situation, so it is suggested that various methods should be used to improve the detection rate of the harmful biological diseases of renewable resources for effectively protecting the safety of foreign countries.
