      针对国家食品安全监督抽检核查处置工作的相关内容进行分析, 并结合《辽宁省食品安全监督抽检不合格食品核查处置工作规范(试行)》具体阐述了核查处置过程中检验报告送达、复检异议、产品控制、排查整改、行政处罚等环节。分析2016年国家抽检不合格食品核查处置情况, 食品中微生物污染问题及超范围、超限量使用食品添加剂问题是造成产品不合格的主要问题。通过不合格食品的核查处置工作, 为政府监管部门提供了工作的抓手, 更好的捍卫食品安全。
英文摘要:
      The related contents of national food safety supervision and sampling inspection management work were analyzed, and combination with the Liaoning provincial food safety supervision and sampling of substandard food inspection disposal specification (Trial), the inspection report service, reinspection objection, product control, check and rectification, administrative penalty in verification and disposal procedures were elaborated. The inspection and disposal of unqualified food in 2016 were analyzed. The problems of microbial contamination in food and the use of food additives were the main problems that caused unqualified products. Through the verification of disposal of substandard food, it provides a starting point for government regulators to better defend food safety.
