目的 探究大豆磷脂软胶囊的生产过程中的质量关键控制点, 改进生产工艺, 提升大豆磷脂生产效率。方法 通过优化胶液储存时间和温度, 重新设计压丸模具, 改造转笼干燥模式来提升大豆磷脂生产效率。结果 经过实验验证, 胶液储存8~12 h可降漏油率, 产品的漏油率下降90%, 由原来的4.845‰降为0.47‰。使用倒三角和8排模具可以提升生产速度, 生产效率提升33.4%。使用单细胞转笼干燥可以降低干燥时间, 减少25 h干燥时间。结论 通过一系列的改善, 提升了大豆磷脂的生产速度, 降低大豆磷脂漏油风险, 实现了大豆磷脂生产效率的大幅度提升。 |

Objective To explore the critical control points in the production process of soybean lecithin soft capsule, improve the production process, and promote the production efficiency of soybean lecithin soft capsule. Methods The storage time and temperature of the glue were optimized, the pressing die was redesigned, and the drying mode of rotary cage was reformed. Then the production efficiency of soybean lecithin soft capsule was improved. Results After experimental verification, the glue storage for 8~12 h could reduce the leakage rate. The oil leakage rate was fallen by 90% from 4.845‰ to 0.47‰. The use of inverted triangle and 8 row mold could improve production speed, and the production efficiency was increased by 33.4%. Single cell cage drying could reduce drying time, and the drying time was reduced by 25 h. Conclusion Through a series of improvements, the production speed of soybean lecithin soft capsule is improved, the risk of soybean lecithin soft capsule is reduced, and the production efficiency of soybean lecithin soft capsule is greatly improved. |
