      目的 建立基于手机控制-荧光检测系统和标准加入法结合检测饮料中核黄素的方法。方法 采用手机控制-荧光检测系统检测啤酒、橙汁、苹果醋3种样本中核黄素荧光信号; 采用标准加入法, 计算各样本内核黄素含量。结果 本系统的核黄素工作曲线具有良好的线性关系, 线性方程为Y=0.1857X+ 0.2133(R2=0.9649), 3种样本中核黄素检测结果分别为2.06、4.58、0.28 μg/mL, 该结果与维生素检测仪LK3000V检测结果相符。结论 标准加入法与手机控制-核黄素检测系统相结合可实现饮料中核黄素的测定, 为食品分析提供一种有效、易于操作的新方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for determination of riboflavin in dietary beverage by combination of the proposed mobile phone controlled fluorescence detection system and standard addition method. Methods The fluorescence signals of riboflavin in 3 kinds of beverages (beer, orange juice and apple vinegar) were detected by the proposed mobile phone controlled fluorescence detection system. The concentrations of them were determined by standard addition method. Results The riboflavin working curve of this system had a good linear relationship, and the linear equation was Y=0.1857X+0.2133 with R2of 0.9649. The concentrations of riboflavin in beer, orange juice and apple vinegar were 2.06, 4.58, and 0.28 μg/mL, respectively, which were in agreement with the results determined by Vitamin Detector LK3000V. Conclusion The combination of standard addition method and the proposed mobile phone controlled fluorescence detection system can realize the detection of riboflavin in beverage, which provides an effective and easy-to-operate riboflavin detection equipment for food analysis.
