      目的 更好地适应企业发展, 增加企业产品的竞争力, 降本增效, 解决随着公司的迅速发展, 产能越来越大, 原有的干燥选丸模式生产效率低、人员成本高、工作量大等问题。方法 干燥选丸打包岗位合并, 优化生产流程, 改造干燥转笼, 采用不锈钢容器平台车代替原有的物料框周转。结果 降本增效, 提高了产品竞争力, 降低员工的工作强度。结论 实施岗位合并, 实现了人员精简, 缩短产品生产周期, 工作强度降低, 生产工艺流畅, 到达降本增效的目的。

      Objective To better adapt to enterprise development, increase the competitiveness of enterprise products, and solve the problems of low production efficiency, high personnel cost and heavy workload of the original drying pills mode with the rapid development of the company and the increase of production capacity. Methods The drying and selection pill and packing positions were merged, the production process was optimized, the drying rotary cage was reformed, and the stainless steel container platform was used to replace the original material frame turnover. Results The cost was reduced and the efficiency was increased, the competitiveness of the product was improved, and the staff's working intensity was reduced. Conclusion After the implementation of the position merger, the staff is streamlined, the production cycle of products is shortened, the working intensity is reduced, and the production process is flowing smoothly to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency of the product.
