      目的 研究黄曲霉的产毒条件, 预测影响毒素产生和积累的主要环境条件。方法 选取接种量、温度、通氧量、pH值作为参考指标, 根据单因素实验结果研究环境条件对黄曲霉毒素产生量的影响。结果 培养条件各因素影响程度由高到低分别为: pH值>温度>转速>接种量。结论 通过改变储藏环境条件控制产毒菌产毒是一个高效易行的方法, 较低的温度和良好的通风, 即凉爽干燥的储藏环境, 加上弱碱性条件可以有效降低黄曲霉毒素的产生。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the conditions of producing aflatoxin in order to predict the main environmental conditions which affect the production and accumulation of toxins. Methods The temperature, oxygen quantity and pH value were selected as the reference indexes, and the influence of environmental conditions on aflatoxins production were studied according to the single factor experiment. Results The influencing degree of the cultivation conditions was as follows: pH value > temperature > rotation speed > inoculation. Conclusion It is an efficient and easy way to control the production of aflatoxins by changing storage conditions. Lower temperature and good ventilation, namely dry storage environment, combined with weakly alkaline conditions, can reduce the production of aflatoxin effectively.
