目的 建立并优化微切变-助剂互作技术提取橘皮中黄色素的工艺条件。方法 以柠檬酸钠为助剂, 雪峰蜜橘为主要原料, 采用索氏提取法提取柑橘皮黄色素, 并检测其吸光度值。针对黄色素提取的效果, 考察了柠檬酸钠助剂量、乙醇浓度、提取时间和提取温度4个单因素, 并正交优化出最优条件。结果 最优工艺为: 助剂添加量4%(m:m)、乙醇浓度85%(V:V)、提取时间2.5 h、提取温度99 ℃, 此时320 nm处吸光度值为0.545, 对照粗粉组吸光度值为0.482, 最佳工艺条件下色素提取量是对照组的1.13倍。结论 以柠檬酸钠为助剂的微切变—助剂互作技术为提取柑橘皮色素提供了更安全可靠、省时方便的有效方法。 |

Objective To investigate the optimum conditions of extraction of yellow pigments from citrus peel using press-shear assisted interaction (PAI) technology. Methods The absorbance values of yellow pigments were detected using Xuefeng citrus peel as main materials and sodium citrate as additive in soxhlet extraction method. The optimum extraction parameters of yellow pigments from citrus peel were investigated using sodium citrate dosage, ethanol concentration, extraction time and temperature in single-factor test and orthogonal test. Results The results showed that the highest absorbance value of yellow pigments was up to 0.545 at 320 nm when the dosage of sodium citrate was 4% (m:m), ethanol concentration was 85% (V:V), extraction time was 2.5 h and extraction temperature was 99 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the amount of yellow pigments was 1.13 times as high as that of control group whose absorbance value was 0.482. Conclusion The PAI with sodium citrate as additive provides a more secure, reliable, time-saving and convenient effective method for the extraction of yellow pigments from Xuefeng citrus peel. |
