      目的 建立气相色谱-串联质谱内标法定量测定7种有机磷类高毒农药的分析方法。方法 采用电子轰击离子源模式电离, 使用TG-1701 MS毛细管色谱柱, 邻苯二甲酸二戊酯做内标物, 测定农药试剂中甲胺磷、甲拌磷、特丁硫磷、氧乐果、久效磷、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷的含量。结果 7种有机磷农药的相对标准偏差为2.1%~3.5%, 变异系数2.0%~3.4%, 3个质量水平的样品加标回收率范围为98.6%~102.3%, 线性相关系数均大于0.999。结论 该方法简便、快捷、有效地分离了样品中7种高毒有机磷农药, 而且精密度和准确度高、线性关系好, 适用于有机磷农药的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish the quantitive method for determination of 7 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticides in agrochemical mixture by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) with internal standard method. Methods The content of methamidophos, omethoate, monocrotophos, terbufos, phorate, methyl parathion and parathion in pesticides were determined by GC-MS with TG-1701MS chromatographic column and detected by flame ionization detector with diamyl phthalate as internal standard. Results The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were in range of 2.1%~3.5%, the coefficients of variation were 2.0%~3.4%, and the spiked recoveries for 7 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticides were in the range of 98.6%~102.3% at 3 levels, with the linear coefficients all above 0.999. Conclusion The established method is easy, efficient and effective in separating 7 kinds of high toxic organic phosphorus pesticides with high precision and accuracy, good linear correlations, which is suitable for the determination of organic phosphorus pesticides.
