      目的 研究恰玛古多糖的抗氧化能力和片剂制备的加工工艺。方法 使用水提醇沉法提取恰玛古粗多糖, 并用Savege法除蛋白, 活性炭脱色精制多糖。用提取的恰玛古多糖进行2组抗氧化实验, 并使用单因素法筛选制备恰玛古多糖片剂所需的粘合剂、填充剂、崩解剂和润滑剂来确定最佳成型工艺。结果 恰玛古多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性; 80%乙醇做粘合剂、乳糖作为填充剂、5%用量的CMS-Na作为崩解剂和硬脂酸镁作为润滑剂为恰玛古多糖片剂的最佳成型工艺。结论 恰玛古多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性, 将多糖制成片剂为进一步利用这一传统维吾尔药食两用药物、开发天然的免疫调节剂奠定基础。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the antioxidant function of Brassica rapa L. polysaccharide and processing technology of its tablet. Methods The crude polysaccharides of Brassica rapa L. were extracted by the method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The method of Savege was used to remove protein, and activated carbon was used to decolorize and purify the polysaccharides. Two groups of antioxidant experiments were carried out by using the extracted Brassica rapa L. polysaccharide. In order to determine the optimum molding process, the single factor method was used to select the adhesives, fillers, disintegrants and lubricants to prepare Brassica rapa L. polysaccharide tablets. Results Brassica rapa L. polysaccharide had good antioxidant activities. The optimum conditions of molding process were as follow: 80% ethanol was the adhesive, lactose was the filler, 5% dosage of CMS-Na was disintegrating agent and magnesium stearate was the lubricant. Conclusion Brassica rapa L. polysaccharide has good antioxidant activities, which lays the foundation for the development of natural immune regulator for further use of the traditional Uyghur medicine and food materials.
