目的 为使监测结果更具可比性, 为政府部门决策提供更为准确、真实、可靠的数据, 需及时发现并提出监测中存在的问题, 及时寻求解决方法。方法 对监测过程、数据结果进行分析。结果 发现葡萄酒等存在多个标准, 且苯甲酸在各处的要求不一致; 食品分类在各标准中要求不一样, 缺少统一、完善的食品分类标准。结论 存在有标准重复、不统一、应用上不到位的现象, 建议整合重复、矛盾的标准; 需要出台分类科学的、更细的食品分类标准; 应统一对违禁等检出进行判定。 |

Objective To make monitoring results more comparable, provide more accurate, true and reliable data for government, find out the problems in the monitoring and seek solutions in time. Methods Monitoring process and data results were analyzed. Results Mixed-standards and different requirements were found for wine and benzoic acid, respectively. Requirements for food classification were different in different standards, and unified standard for food classification was absent. Conclusion The phenomenon of non-unified, repeated standards and not enough application is found. Thus, unifying repeated and ambivalent standards is suggested, more detailed and scientific food classification is necessary, and there is need to unify the standard to judge the unqualified products. |
