      目的 对芽胞杆菌Bacillus sp. FJAT-46478来源的伊默匹泊(immepip)成分进行分析与检测。方法 采用液相-四级杆飞行时间质谱技术(liquid chromatography-hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry, LC–QTOF-MS)分析芽胞杆菌FJAT-46478发酵液中胞外代谢物的成分。利用MassHunter软件, 对原始数据进行分子特征提取, 通过Metlin代谢物质谱数据库比对获得代谢物的信息。结果 筛选获得1株产伊默匹泊(immepip)的芽胞杆菌属菌株Bacillus sp. FJAT-46478, 其中伊默匹泊匹配得分为95.6, 含量占发酵液总代谢物相对含量的2.44%, 保留时间为5.8384 min, 精确质量数为165.1262, 质量偏差为-4.66×10-5。结论 菌株FJAT-46478为伊默匹泊的高产菌株, 伊默匹泊是一种重要的组胺H3受体激动剂, 本研究为芽胞杆菌来源伊默匹泊的开发与应用提供实验材料。

      Objective To analyze and detect the immepip components from Bacillus sp. FJAT-46478. Methods Extracellular metabolite components in the fermentation broth of Bacillus sp. FJAT-46478 were analyzed by liquid chromatography-hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-MS). Molecular feature extraction (MFE) was applied by Agilent MassHunter software, and the metabolite information was obtained by comparing the Metlin metabolite mass spectrometry database. Results One strain of Bacillus sp. FJAT-46478 had been detected to produce immepip with the match score of 95.6, and its relative content was up to 2.44% of the total metabolites in the cultural supernatants. The retention time was 5.8384 min, its accurate mass was 165.1262, and the quality deviation was -4.66×10-5. Conclusion FJAT-46478 is a high-yield strain in producing immepip. Immepip is an important histamine H3 receptors agonist. This study provides experimental materials for development and application of immepip from Bacillus.
