      目的 建立猪肉中3种β-受体激动剂(沙丁胺醇、莱克多巴胺、克伦特罗)残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用检测方法。方法 样品经SPE柱净化处理后, 以乙酸胺和乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱, 电喷雾离子化为离子源, 多反应检测方式, 使用高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪测定。结果 3种β-受体激动剂在 0.5~10.0 μg/L 范围内呈良好线性关系, 相关系数均大于0.999, 检出限为0.13~0.15 μg/kg, 加标回收率在79.25%~112.82%之间, 相对标准偏差在7.14%~17.80%之间。结论 建立的方法专属性好, 灵敏度高, 检出限低, 操作可行, 可实现动物源性食品中多种β-受体激动剂残留量的同时测定。

      Objective To establish a method for determination of 3 kinds of β-agonists residues in pork by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Methods Samples were purified by SPE column, and gradient elution was used with acetic acid and acetonitrile as mobile phase. Electrospray ionization was used as ion source, and multiple reaction monitoring was used as reaction mode. The samples were detected by HPLC-MS/MS. Results Three kinds of β-agonists had good linear relationships within 0.5~10.0 μg/L, the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999, and the limits of detection were 0.13~0.15 μg/kg. The recoveries were 79.25%~112.82% at different spiked levels. The relative standard deviations were 7.14%~17.80%. Conclusion The established method has advantages of good specificity, high sensitivity, low detection limit and feasible operation, which can realize simultaneous determination of multiple β-agonists residues in animal-derived food.
