      目的 了解毒死蜱在黄金梨果实膨大期使用的安全性。方法 对京郊黄金梨果实膨大期(7~8月份)不同施药剂量和次数、不同套袋处理下毒死蜱在果实不同部位的残留状况和消解动态进行研究。结果 在黄金梨果实膨大期, 毒死蜱1000倍稀释液在梨全果上的半衰期为2.92 d。裸果施药500倍、1000倍、2000倍稀释液后, 全果的毒死蜱原始沉积量分别为3.04、0.75、0.15 mg/kg。推荐剂量毒死蜱1000倍稀释液喷雾在梨果实上的原始沉积量分别为药后套袋全果0.90 mg/kg、裸果施药0.75 mg/kg、套袋后施药0.23 mg/kg。结论 毒死蜱在梨果实上的残留主要集中在果皮上, 其次为全果、果肉。施药浓度越大, 残留越多。套袋后施药, 果实上的残留显著降低。

      Objective To understand the safety of chlorpyrifos during the fruit inflating stage of Whangkeumbae pear. Methods The residual status and digestion dynamics of chlorpyrifos in different parts of Whangkeumbae pear during the fruit inflating stage under different dosage and frequency and different bagging treatment were studied. Results During the expansion of Whangkeumbae pear, the half-life of chlorpyrifos 1000 times diluted in the whole fruit was 2.92 d. After 500 times, 1000 times and 2000 times of diluent, the original sedimentation of chlorpyrifos in whole fruit were 3.04, 0.75 and 0.15 mg/kg, respectively. The initial chlorpyrifos residues were 0.90 mg/kg with treated before bagging, 0.75 mg/kg without bagging, 0.23 mg/kg with treated after bagging at the concentration 1000 times. Conclusion The residue of chlorpyrifos in the fruit is mainly concentrated on the peel, followed by whole fruit and flesh. Residues became larger with the increase of chlorpyrifos concentration. After bagging, the residue of the pear fruit was significantly reduced.
