      目的 建立一种快速测定复合维生素产品中多种水溶性维生素的超高液相色谱的检测方法。方法 样品经10%甲醇溶液超声提取, 滤液经Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱分离, 0.025 mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液-乙腈梯度洗脱, 采用二极管阵列检测器在245 nm下检测VB1和VC, 其余8种维生素在210 nm下检测。结果 本方法能够在10 min内完成10种水溶性维生素的测定。10种水溶性维生素在该方法下线性关系良好(r>0.999), 精密度RSD值小于2%, 加标回收率良好。结论 该方法快速、准确、灵敏, 能够适用于复合维生素产品中水溶性维生素的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of water-soluble vitamins in multivitamin products by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). Methods Samples were extracted with 10% methanol solution, then filtered solution was separated by the Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column, and gradient eluted by the phosphate buffer solution and acetonitrile. The analytes were detected at 245 nm (for VB1 and VC) and 210 nm (for others) by diode array detector. Results Ten water-soluble vitamins in multivitamin products could simultaneously detected in ten minutes. Ten water-soluble vitamins had good linear relationships with r>0.999 and precisions less than 2%, and the recoveries revealed good. Conclusion The established method is rapid, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for determination of water-soluble vitamins in multivitamin products.
