      近年来, 网购已成为我国居民日常消费的主要方式之一, 但因网络市场主体自身存在的虚拟性、跨地域性以及多方参与等因素, 食品信息不对称、监管难度大等网购食品的安全问题日益凸显。为了解我国网购食品的质量状况, 为网购食品监管提供数据支持, 本研究对我国2016年网购食品监督抽检相关信息进行了统计分析。结果显示, 网购食品在质量安全方面存在一定的隐患; 酒类、饮料等21大类网购普通食品抽检合格率为96.4%; 食品添加剂超标、品质指标不达标和微生物污染是网购食品3大主要不合格因素。据此对网购食品监管提出相关建议。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, online shopping has become one of the main ways in residents' daily consumption in our country. However, because of virtuality, cross-region and factors such as multi-party participation, which the online market itself has, food information asymmetry, regulatory difficulties and other safety issues of online shopping food has become increasingly prominent. In order to acquire the conditions of online food quality and safety in our country, and also to provide data support for online shopping food management, the related information of online shopping food supervision and inspection in 2016 was statistically analyzed in the paper. The results showed that online shopping food had certain problems on the quality and safety. The qualified rate of acceptable liquor, beverages and other 21 categories of online shopping ordinary food was 96.4%. The 3 main unqualified factors of online shopping food were food additives exceeding, off-standard quality indicators and microbial contamination. In view of the above, some related suggestions were put forward on the online shopping food management.
