      目的 对比并分析电感耦合等离子体质谱法 (inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)和原子荧光法(atomic fluorescence spectroscopy, AFS)对3种不同剂型的保健食品中总砷含量测定的差异。方法 样品加入硝酸放置过夜后, 再经微波消解处理, ICP-MS法使用内标法校正基体效应和接口效应, 而AFS加入预还原剂产生氢化物反应。结果 ICP-MS法检出限为0.0750 μg/L, AFS法检出限为0.0435 μg/L, 2种方法校准曲线相关系数均大于0.9995, 回收率均在80.98%~119.25%之间, 精密度分别为1.45%和1.87%, ICP-MS法测得保健品片剂、软胶囊、蛋白粉总砷分别为0.010、0.031、0.013 mg/kg, AFS测定保健品片剂、软胶囊、蛋白粉总砷的结果均为未检出。结论 AFS在测定普通样品的砷含量比ICP-MS法结果略低, 在测定微量的砷样品时会导致未检出, ICP-MS法更加适用于此类保健品总砷含量的测量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of 2 pretreatment methods, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS), for the determination of total arsenic content in 3 different forms of health food. Methods The samples were pretreated by nitric acid overnight, and then treated by microwave. Matrix effect and interface effect were corrected by adding internal standard elements in ICP-MS. Reduction hydride was added in AFS. Results The correlation coefficients of calibration curves of the 2 methods were both greater than 0.9995, and the detection limits were 0.0750 μg/L (ICP-MS) and 0.0435 μg/L (AFS), respectively. The recovery rates were between 80.98% and 119.25%, and the precisions were 1.45% and 1.87%, respectively. The total arsenic content of the health products (health care tablet, soft capsule and protein powder) determined by ICP-MS were 0.010, 0.031, and 0.013 mg/kg, respectively, while the total arsenic could not be detected by AFS. Conclusion The determination value of arsenic content in common samples by AFS is slightly lower than that by ICP-MS. Hence, AFS may lead to no results in the determination of samples with a race amount of arsenic. The ICP-MS method is more suitable for the determination of total arsenic content in the health products.
