      目的 研究金针菇菌糠啤酒渣有机肥对种植后土壤的改良作用及对马铃薯产量、品质的影响。方法 采用条垛式发酵生产金针菇菌糠有机肥。设计金针菇菌糠有机肥、普通化肥、有机肥及空白(不施肥)等4个实验组, 在其他条件相同下种植马铃薯, 检测种植马铃薯前后的土壤状况, 测定种植后的马铃薯产量及品质状况。结果 金针菇菌糠啤酒渣有机肥能显著提升土壤pH值、土壤阳离子交换量、土壤中有机质、碱解N、有效P、速效K、全N、全P和马铃薯总糖、总酚及总产量, 且能显著降低土壤的电导率, 但对种植的马铃薯的水分、灰分、蛋白质的含量影响较小。结论 金针菇菌糠具有改良土壤酸化、土壤性能、降低土壤次生盐渍化风险、提升土壤缓冲性能和提高马铃薯总产量的作用。

      To investigate the effects of organic fertilizer made by spent mushroom compost of Flammulinavelutipes and brewer's spent grain on soil amelioration and yield and quality of potato after planting. Methods Organic fertilizer made by spent mushroom compost of Flammulina velutipes was produced by stacking fermentation. Four kinds of experimental groups were designed, including organic fertilizer made by spent mushroom compost of Flammulina velutipes, common chemical fertilizer, common organic fertilizer and blank control (no fertilizer). Potatoes were planted in the case of the same other conditions, the status of the soil before and after planted potatoes were detected, and the yield and quality of potatoes after planting were also detected. Results After organic fertilizer of spent mushroom compost of Flammulina velutipes and brewer's spent grain was applied, pH value, cation exchange capacity, organic matter, alkaline hydrolysis N, effective P, rapidly available K, total N, and total P of the soil and total saccharide, total phenolic and yield of the potato were significantly increased, while the conductivity of the soil was significantly reduced, and it had little effect on the moisture, ash content, protein content of potato. Conclusion The organic fertilizer of spent mushroom compost of Flammulina velutipes can improve soil acidification and properties, reduce the risk of soil secondary salinization, promote good cushioning performance of the soil and increase the yield of potato.
