      目的 建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定生活饮用水中磺胺醋酰、磺胺嘧啶、氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星等11种抗生素。方法 选用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱, 以10 mmol/L甲酸铵-0.1%甲酸(A)和甲醇(B)为流动相, 采用梯度洗脱进行分离。样品经过固相萃取小柱富集, 多重反应监测(multiple reaction monitoring, MRM)方式检测, 外标法定量。结果 11种抗生素在1.0~200.0 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好, 平均回收率在45.9%~109.6%。结论 该方法灵敏度高, 选择性好, 准确可靠, 方便快捷, 适用于水体中抗生素残留的定量定性分析。

      Objective To establish a method for determination of 11 kinds of antibiotics by solid-phase extraction and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (SPE-LC-MS/MS). Methods Antibiotics were separated on the Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column with 10 mmol/L ammonium formate-0.1% formic acid (A) and methanol (B) as mobile phase by gradient elution. The samples were loaded on solid-phase extraction column and detection was carried out by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). External standard method was used for quantification. Results Good linear regression results were obtained for 11 kinds of antibiotics from 1.0 to 200.0 ng/mL. The recoveries of 11 kinds of antibiotics in drinking water were 45.9%~109.6%. Conclusion This method is sensitive, selective, accurate, convenient and rapid, which is suitable for quantitative and qualitative analysis of antibiotics in drinking water.
