目的 研究骆驼刺与刺糖水提物对小鼠小肠运动的影响, 为兽医临床防治动物胃肠道疾病筛选植物药及安全使用剂量选定提供依据。方法 回流提取骆驼刺与刺糖水提剂, 用硫酸阿托品与氯化氨甲酰甲胆碱分别建立抑制小肠运动和促进小肠运动的病理模型, 骆驼刺及刺糖水提剂分别以高、中、低3种剂量给药, 以葡聚糖蓝的推进距离与小肠总长的比值计算小肠推进率, 观察骆驼刺及刺糖水提剂对小鼠小肠运动的影响。结果 骆驼刺及刺糖水提物明显促进小鼠小肠运动的同时, 拮抗阿托品对小肠运动的抑制, 骆驼刺水提剂高、中、低剂量的促进率分别为22%、16.39%、16.07%, 刺糖水提剂的促进率分别为30.83%、24.92%、25.12%。同时抑制氯化氨甲酰甲胆碱对小肠运动的促进作用, 高、中、低剂量的骆驼刺水提剂抑制率分别为12.99%、23.2%、23.36%, 刺糖水提剂的抑制率分别为8.61%、13.41%、27.47%。结论 骆驼刺与刺糖水提剂对小鼠小肠运动具有双重调节作用。 |

Objective To investigate the effects of water extracts of Alhagi sparsifolia Shap and Alhagi honey on small intestine movement of mice, so as to provide basis for the screening of plant drugs and the selection of safe drug dose for the prevention and treatment of animal gastrointestinal diseases in veterinary clinic. Methods Alhagi sparsifolia Shap and Alhagi honey extracts were refluxed extracted, and the intestine propulsive motility and promotion pathological model were established by atropine and urecholine, respectively. Alhagi sparsifolia Shap and Alhagi honey extracts were treated with 3 different concentrations of high, medium and low. The ratio of Dextran blue forward distance and length of the small intestine was used to calculate the small intestine propulsive rate, and the effects of Alhagi sparsifolia Shap and Alhagi honey extracts on mice intestinal propulsive motility were observed. Results Different concentrations of Alhagi sparsifolia Shap and Alhagi honey extracts could obviously promote the propulsive motility, and then reduce the antagonism effect of atropine. The promotion rate of high, medium and low concentrations of Alhagi sparsifolia Shap extracts to the mice intestinal propulsive motility were 22%, 16.39% and 16.07%, respectively, and of Alhagi honey extracts were 30.83%, 24.92% and 25.12%, respectively. Meanwhile, the inhibition rates of different concentrations (high, medium and low concentrations) of Alhagi sparsifolia Shap extracts to the urecholine antagonism were 12.99%, 23.2% and 23.36%, respectively, and of Alhagi honey extracts were 8.61%, 13.41% and 27.47%, respectively. Conclusion Alhagi sparsifolia Shap and Alhagi honey extracts have dual regulation effects on intestine propulsive motility of mice. |
