目的 研究大鲵低聚糖肽的安全性。方法 采用小鼠急性经口毒性实验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验和大鼠30 d喂养实验, 评价大鲵低聚糖肽的安全性。结果 雌、雄性小鼠急性经口在11764.7 mg/kg?BW剂量时, 未见毒性不良反应, 根据急性毒性剂量分级标准, 大鲵低聚糖肽属于无毒级; 大鲵低聚糖肽无致小鼠骨髓细胞微核效应, 30 d喂养实验未见大鼠的生长发育、生物化学指标、脏器/体质量比值比及病理学变化。结论 毒性实验未见大鲵低聚糖肽产生明显毒副作用。 |

Objective To investigate the safety of glycopeptides from Andrias davidianus. Methods The safety of glycopeptides from A. davidianus was evaluated by the acute oral toxicity test of mice, the micronucleus calculation of mouse bone marrow cells, and 30 d feeding test of rats. Results No toxicity was found when acute oral toxicity dose was 11764.7 mg/kg?BW in ICR mice (female and male). Glycopeptides from A. davidianus could be categorized as non-toxic according to the acute toxicity dose classification standard. The micronucleus calculation of mouse bone marrow cells showed negative results. There were no adverse influences on growth and development, biochemical indexes, organ-body ratios and histopathological changes of rats by 30 d feeding test. Conclusion Toxicity test shows that glycopeptides from A. davidianus have no obvious poisonous effects. |
