      目的 建立电感耦合等离子体串联质谱法(inductively coupled plasma-tandem mass spectrometry, ICP-MS/MS)测定富硒农产品中超痕量硒含量的分析方法。方法 采用微波消解法处理富硒农产品, 使用ICP-MS/MS测定超痕量硒。结果 富硒农产品中超痕量硒检出限0.002214 μg/L, 线性良好(线性相关系数大于0.999)。6种实物标样的测定结果与标准值一致, 精密度实验相对标准偏差为0.58%~6.3%, 加标回收率范围 79.6%~109%, 均符合要求。结论 本方法具有高灵敏度、无干扰、稳定性好等优势, 可用于富硒农产品中超痕量硒含量的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for determination of trace selenium in selenium-enriched agricultural products by inductively coupled plasma-tandem mass spectrometry (ICP-MS/MS). Methods The selenium-enriched agricultural products were disposed by microwave digestion. The method of ICP-MS/MS was used to determinate trace selenium Results The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 and the limit of detection was 0.002214 μg/L. The results of 6 kinds of standard materials were consistent with the standard values. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.58%~6.3% and the recoveries were 79.6%~109%. Conclusions The established method has the advantages of high sensitivity, interference-free, and good stability, which can be used for the determination of trace selenium in selenium-enriched agricultural products.
