      世界各国每年都会发生误食毒蕈的中毒事件, 我国突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统收到的食物中毒类突发公共卫生事件中, 毒蕈食物中毒事件占比最多, 严重危害了人们的健康。为了防止毒蕈中毒和中毒后准确确定中毒因子, 为临床治疗提供科学的依据, 采用快速、有效、准确的蕈菌毒素检测技术具有重要的意义。本文对目前主要的蕈菌毒素种类、中毒类型以及相应的检测技术进行了概述, 重点介绍了化学显色法、薄层层析法、放射免疫法、酶联免疫法、傅里叶变换红外光谱法、高效液相色谱法及液相色谱-质谱法等7种检测技术的研究进展及各方法的实用性和优缺点, 同时对蕈菌毒素的检测技术在我国的应用和发展进行了讨论和展望。
英文摘要:
      Mushroom poisoning incidents frequently happened every year all over the world, and it was the main cause of human deaths by food poisoning in China from public health emergency management information system, which caused serious harm to people’s health. In order to prevent the poisoning and accurately determine poisoning factors after poisoning for clinical treatment, there is great significance for the identification of toxic sources and the development of targeted therapies. This article mainly reviewed the variety of toxins, the type of poisoning and development of major detection methods for mushroom toxins, and focused on the present situation of 7 methods including chemical color reaction, thin layer chromatography, radioimmunoassay, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography- mass spectrometry, as well as advantages and disadvantages of each method. The applications and development prospects of detection methods for mushroom toxins were also discussed.
