      目的 评定气相色谱法测定功能性饮料中肌醇含量的不确定度。方法 运用中华人民共和国国家计量技术规范JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》, 分析肌醇含量测量过程中的不确定度来源, 通过建立数学模型量化不确定度分量, 计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果 本方法的不确定度主要来源于标准曲线的绘制。当功能性饮料中肌醇含量为1255.2 mg/L, 扩展不确定度为67.8 mg/L(95%置信度), 此时肌醇含量表示为(1255.2±67.8) mg/L (k=2)。结论 该评定方法可用于气相色谱法对功能性饮料中肌醇含量的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of inositol in functional beverage by gas chromatography (GC). Methods According to the national metrology technical specifications JJF 1059.12-2012 Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement, the source of uncertainty of determination of inositol was analyzed. Furthermore, based on the established mathematic models, the combined uncertainties and expanded uncertainties were calculated. Results The major uncertainty source of this method was the preparation of standard curve. When the inositol content in functional beverage was 1255.2 mg/L, the expand uncertainties was 67.8 mg/L (95% confidence), and the inositol content was expressed as (1255.2±67.8) mg/L (k=2). Conclusion The method is suitable for the evaluation of uncertainty of inositol in functional beverage determined by GC.
