      目的 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定生活饮用水中7种常见金属元素的分析方法, 了解武汉市水质状况。方法 样品经过膜过滤、酸化(2%HNO3)处理后, 用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometer, ICP-MS)进行分析, 选择混合内标校正非质谱干扰。结果 该方法线性良好, 相关系数r2均大于0.9998。方法检出限0.0006~0.015 μg/L, 定量限0.0020 ~0.050 μg/L。各元素加标回收率在84.3%~104.5%之间, 测定结果相对标准偏差RSD在0.72%~6.89%之间。实验室比对分析结果令人满意。结论 该方法简单、快速、准确, 能适用于水中多种金属元素的测定。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of 7 metal elements in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and monitor the status of water quality in Wuhan. Methods Water samples were detected by ICP-MS after filtration and acidification (2% HNO3). The mass spectrum interference was eliminated by the internal standards. Results The method showed good linearities and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9998. The detection limits were obtained between 0.0006~0.015 μg/L, and the limits of quantification were between 0.0020~0.050 μg/L. The recovery rates were between 84.3%~104.5%, with the relative standard deviations (RSD) between 0.72%~6.89%. The results of laboratory comparison were satisfactory. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid, and accurate, which is applicable to the determination of metal elements in water.
