      目的 建立一个食品中测定微量元素质控图应用范本并复制推广, 为衡量检测结果准确性和实验室能力提供依据。方法 以原子吸收石墨炉光谱法测定食品中的镉为例, 做选定的质控样, 通过5个月的测试数据, 对如何利用控制图质控进行充分论述。结果 使用平均值-标准差控制图来监测检测数据的准确度和精密度, 得到分析用质控图。结论 本文建立的质控图应用范本, 其他元素检测也可复制或参照。运用质控图是质量管理和评价日常监测数据的有效工具之一, 与能力验证等其他质量控制手段相比较, 控制图具有实施时间短、过程简单、费用低等特点, 根据控制图实验室可用来发现检测实现过程中各阶段存在的波动情况并加以控制。

      Objective To establish a quality control chart mode for the determination of trace elements in food, so as to provide basis for measuring the accuracy of the test result and the laboratory capacity. Methods Taking the determination of cadmium in food by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry as an example, this paper made a detailed discussion on how to use the quality control chart through 5 months of test data. Results The average value-standard deviation control chart was used to monitor the accuracy and precision of the data, and quality control chart was made for analysis. Conclusion The application model of quality control chart is established, and can be used for determination of other elements. Application of quality control chart is one of the effective tools of quality management and evaluation of the daily monitoring data. Compared with other quality control methods such as capability verification, the control chart has the characteristics of short implementation time, simple process and low cost. According to the control chart, the laboratories can detect the fluctuations in the various stages of the detection process and control them.
