      目的 探讨辣木提取物预防性降脂的作用。方法 选用SD雄性大鼠为研究对象, 通过喂养高脂膳食建立预防性肥胖高血脂模型, 用辣木提取物进行辅助降脂试验, 依据保健食品功能学评价规程进行。大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型对照组、辣木提取物高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组, 实验后检测各组大鼠体重、血液生化指标(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白)、脂肪重量和脂/体比、Lee′s指数。结果 大鼠灌胃辣木提取物40 d后, 各实验组血脂水平明显低于高脂模型对照组, 其中高剂量组的血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂与高脂模型对照组相比分别有显著性差异(P<0.05)和极显著性差异(P<0.01)。辣木提取物各剂量组大鼠的肾周脂肪重量和附睾脂肪重量、脂/体比、Lee′s指数极显著低于高脂模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论 辣木提取物具有良好的辅助降血脂作用。

      Objective To explore the hypolipidemic effect of Moringa oleifera Lam. extract. Methods Male sprague-dawley (SD) rats were selected as study object, and fed with high-fat diet to establish hyperlipidemia model with Moringa oleifera extract for auxiliary hypolipidemic trials on the basis of Health food inspection and evaluation technical specification. The rats were randomly divided into normal control group, high fat model group, high-dose group, middle-dose group and low-dose group, respectively. The body weight, biochemical indexes (total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol), fat mass and fat/body ratio and Lee's index were determined, respectively. Results After lavaging Moringa oleifera extract for 40 d, the blood lipid level of each experimental group was lower than that of high fat model group, especially the levels of serum cholesterol were decreased significantly (P<0.05) and triglycerides were decreased very significantly (P<0.01) in high-dose group when compared with high fat model group. The weight of perirenal fat, epididymal fat, lipid/body ratio and Lee's index of rats in all experimental groups were very significantly lower than those in high fat model group (P<0.01). Conclusion Moringa oleifera Lam. extract has a good auxiliary hypolipidemic effect.
