      目的 对流通环节水产品及暂养水中孔雀石绿残留及丁香酚和间氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲磺酸盐(tricaine methanesulfonate, MS-222)2种麻醉剂残留进行监测, 为水产品质量安全监管提供基础数据。方法 采用国家标准和资料报道的检测方法, 测定水产品及暂养水中孔雀石绿残留及丁香酚、MS-222麻醉剂残留。结果 48份流通环节水产品中, 孔雀石绿及隐性孔雀石绿检出率为2.0%; 丁香酚检出率为2.0%; 所有水产品未检出MS-222残留。对应的48份水产品暂养水中未检出孔雀石绿残留及丁香酚、MS-222残留。结论 本研究采集的流通环节的水产品的质量安全状况良好, 可为相关部门完善水产品质量安全监管提供参考。

      Objective To monitor the malachite green, eugenol and tricaine methanesulfonate (MS-222) residues in aquatic products and their temporary water in circulation links, so as to provide basic data for the supervision of aquatic products quality and safety. Methods Malachite green residues, eugenol and MS-222 residues in aquatic products and their temporary water were detected using the method of the national standards and reported papers. Results Among 48 aquatic products of circulation links, the detection rates of malachite green and leucomalachite green were 2.0%, the detection rate of eugenol was 2.0%, and MS-222 residues were not detectable in all aquatic products. Malachite green, eugenol and MS-222 residues were not detected in the corresponding water of 48 aquatic products. Conclusion The quality and safety of aquatic products in circulation links in this study is good, and the result can provide reference data for related department to perfect the supervision of aquatic products quality and safety.
