基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术(matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry, MALDI-TOF MS)在微生物检测与鉴定中有着广泛的应用前景。本文着重介绍了MALDI-TOF MS分析技术微生物检测原理、前处理技术及其在微生物检测、鉴定、分型、溯源分析中的应用。与传统的检测鉴定方法相比, MALDI-TOF MS分析技术表现出成本低、检测时间短、易于操作等显著的技术优势。随着微生物质谱数据库以及分析方法的逐渐完善, 该技术将成为微生物实验室致病菌快速检测鉴定的重要分析手段。 |

Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) has been widely used in the detection and identification of microorganisms. This paper mainly reviewed the principles and pretreatment technology of MALDI-TOF MS for microbiology and its application in microbiological inspection, identification, classification and traceability. Compared with the traditional methods, MALDI-TOF MS has the advantages of low cost, short detection time and easy operation, etc. With the improvement of microbial mass spectrometry database and analytical methods, MALDI-TOF MS technology will be an important analytical tool for rapid detection and identification of pathogenic bacterium in microbiological laboratory. |
