      近几年, 我国经济高速发展, 市场经济体制给我国经济带来了较大的发展空间, 同时也产生了很多问题。其中食品安全问题逐渐凸现, 每年我国食品安全问题都会被频繁曝光, 比如苏丹红事件、毒大米事件、三鹿毒奶粉事件等, 这些问题的出现给我国的食品安全管理带来了较大的困难。因此需要制定食品供应链管理措施, 解决食品安全问题。本文主要从食品供应链管理机制下分析食品安全的影响因素, 并提出解决这些问题的对策, 为食品安全管理工作提供参考依据。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, the rapid development of China's economy and the market economy system of our country has brought not only a greater room for development, but also a lot of problems. Among them, the food safety problems are becoming more and more obvious. Each year, China's food safety problems are frequently exposed, such as tonyred events, poisonous rice event, Sanlu milk powder incident and so on, and these problems bring great difficulties to the management of food safety in China. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate food supply chain management measures to solve the food safety problems. This paper mainly analyzed the influencing factors of food safety from the food supply chain management mechanism, and put forward countermeasures to solve these problems, in order to provide a reference for food safety management.
