目的 建立饮料食品中艾德万甜的高效液相色谱检测法。方法 选择Agilent Zorbax XDB C18色谱柱, 对实验的检测器、流动相和柱温进行选择。并对方法的回收率和精密度进行分析, 评价方法的可行性。结果 选择荧光检测器进行检测, 检测波长为: 激发波长230 nm, 发射波长310 nm; 流动相为甲醇水溶液(50: 50, V:V), 柱温为25 ℃, 流速为0.8 mL/min。在所确定的实验条件下, 艾德万甜标准溶液在0.05~5.0 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系, 线性系数大于0.999, 平均回收率为85.0%~102.0%, 相对标准偏差均小于5.0%。结论 该方法简单、精密度和准确度良好, 可以满足实际检测的需求。 |

Objective To establish a method for the determination of advantame in beverage by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The detector, mobile phase and column temperature were selected for the experiment using an Agilent Zorbax XDB C18 column. The recovery rate and precision of the method were analyzed to evaluate the feasibility of the method. Results The fluorescence detector (FLD) was selected for the detection with the excitation wavelength of 230 nm and the emission wavelength of 310 nm. The mobile phase of the experiment was methanol-water solution(50: 50, V:V), the column temperature was 25 ℃, and the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. In the determined experimental conditions, advantame standard solution had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05~5.0 mg/L with the linear coefficient greater than 0.999. The average recoveries were 85.0%~102.0%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all less than 5.0%. Conclusion The established method is simple, precise and accurate, which can be used for the determination of advantame in reality. |
