目的 研究黄精玛咖片对于缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用。方法 将试验小鼠分为黄精玛咖片低、中、高3个剂量组和阴性对照组, 其中低、中、高剂量组的灌胃剂量分别为0.3、0.6、1.2 g/kg?BW。小鼠连续给予受试物30 d后分别进行负重游泳试验、血清尿素测定、血乳酸测定和肝糖原测定。结果 黄精玛咖片高剂量组小鼠的负重游泳时间长于对照组(P<0.05), 黄精玛咖片中、高剂量组小鼠的肝糖原含量高于对照组(P<0.05), 黄精玛咖片高剂量组小鼠运动时的血乳酸曲线下面积小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 黄精玛咖片在本试验条件下具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳的作用。 |

Objective To study the effect of Polygonatum-maca tablets on alleviating physical fatigue of mice. Methods The experimental mice were divided into 3 dose groups treated with low, medium and high dose of Polygonatum-maca tablets and a negative control group. The doses of gastric lavage of 3 dose groups were 0.3, 0.6, 1.2 g/kg?BW, respectively. The loading swimming test, serum urea, serum lactic acid and hepatic glycogen detection of mice were conducted after the treatment with Polygonatum-maca Tablets for 30 days consecutively. Results The loading swimming time of mice in high dose group was longer than that of control group (P<0.05). The content of hepatic glycogen of mice in medium and high dose group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). And the area under the curve of serum lactic acid of mice in high dose group was less than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Polygonatum-maca tablets have the function of alleviating physical fatigue of mice under the conditions of this experiment. |
