      随着模拟移动床色谱技术(simulated moving bed, SMB)的快速发展, 该技术在天然产物活性成分的提取与纯化中的应用日益广泛。本文简述了SMB技术的发展和在天然产物分离中的应用现状, 并重点介绍了SMB技术在黄酮类、多酚类、氨基酸以及肽类和糖类分离制备中的应用。与传统的制备色谱技术相比, SMB采用连续操作手段, 具有易于自动化操作、制备效率高、制备量大等特点, 在天然产物分离制备中具有良好的发展前景。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of simulated moving bed technology (SMB), SMB has been widely applied to extract and purify active ingredients of natural products. The development and application of SMB in separation and preparation of natural products were reviewed in this paper, and its applications in separation and preparation of flavonoids, polyphenols, amino acids, peptides, and saccharides were mainly introduced. Compared with traditional chromatographic technologies, SMB has good prospects in separation and preparation of natural products due to continuous operation, automation, high efficiency and great yield.
