目的 设计一种食品中合成着色剂提取纯化的新型实验装置。方法 新型提取纯化装置是根据聚酰胺吸附法原理, 并结合实验操作流程设计开发出的实验装置。装置的核心组件为具三路活塞真空开关管, 其结构是斜孔三路活塞自上而下分别连接内磨口接头和缓冲抽气管及外磨口抽气接头。斜孔三路活塞经旋转可实现净化、解吸和准备3种工作模式, 核心组件与缓冲瓶和真空泵串联, 共同构成完整的提取纯化装置。结果 单一提取纯化装置可实现单一样品的处理, 并联提取纯化装置不仅可实现单一样品处理还可实现多样品的同时处理, 且不同样品的准备、净化和解吸过程可同时进行, 互不影响。结论 该新型提取纯化装置缩短了操作时间, 提高了工作效率, 降低了目标物的损失, 适用于食品中合成着色剂的提取纯化。 |

Objective To design a new kind of extraction and purification device of synthetic colorants in foodstuff. Methods The novel extraction and purification device was designed based on the polyamide powder adsorption and experimental processes. The key module of device was the vacuum switch tube with three-way glass stopcock which was composed of inclined hole three-way piston connected internal grinding joint and external grinding joint with buffer vacuum tube from top to down respectively. Three modes of purification, desorption and preparation could be realized by the changes of rotation position with inclined hole three-way piston. A complete extraction and purification device consisted of the key module, surge flask and vacuum pump. Results The single sample treatment could be realized with the single extraction and purification device. Not merely a single sample but also many samples could be processed with the parallel extraction and purification device simultaneously. The preparation, purification and desorption process of different samples could be carried out at the same time, and did not influence each other. Conclusion The novel extraction and purification device can not only shorten the experiment time and improve the work efficiency but also reduce the loss of the target, which is suitable for the extraction and purification of synthetic colorants in foodstuff. |
