      拉曼光谱技术是一种能够实现快速、无损检测的高效检测技术, 且加上拉曼光谱仪的操作简单、结果准确等特点, 目前该技术已被广泛的应用于生物、医药、材料等诸多领域, 在粮食品质、结构检测方面同样具有良好的应用前景。数据显示, 每年受重金属污染的粮食高达1200万吨, 引起了人们的担忧及重视, 如何实现粮食污染的简单快速鉴别, 成为人们关心的问题。在此背景下, 本文就当前拉曼光谱这一无损检测技术在粮食检测领域中的应用进行了综述, 以期为今后粮食的快速检测方法提供相应支持。文章介绍了拉曼光谱技术的原理、分类以及拉曼光谱仪的结构, 综述了拉曼光谱技术在大米、小麦、玉米等主要粮食检测中的应用现状, 并对其今后的研究发展前景进行展望。
英文摘要:
      Raman spectroscopy is a kind of high-efficiency detection technology which can realize rapid and non-destructive detection. The Raman spectroscopy is widely used in many fields such as biology, medicine and materials because of its simple operation and accurate results. It also has a good application prospect in food quality and structure detection. Data show that grain which has been contaminated by heavy metals each year has reached up to 12 million ton, causing people's concerns and attention, thus how to achieve rapid and simple identification of food contamination becomes an important question. Based on this background, the application of non-destructive Raman spectroscopy technology in grain inspection was reviewed in this paper, so as to provide corresponding support for the rapid detection of grain in the future. This paper introduced the principle, classification of Raman spectroscopy and the structure of Raman spectrometer, summarized the application status of Raman spectroscopy in grain detection, including rice, wheat and corn, and discussed the future research prospects of Raman spectroscopy.
