      目的 通过获取苄嘧磺隆在土壤中、作物籽粒中的残留数据明确其对作物的影响。方法 使用固相萃取小柱前处理结合高效液相色谱分析方法(SPE-HPLC)检测苄嘧磺隆在土壤中、作物籽粒中的残留, 并对田间小区试验样品进行分析。结果 田间实验结果显示, 10%苄嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂推荐用药量为750.0 g/hm2, 其在土壤中的消解符合动态方程C=3.695e-0.36t(r2=0.992), 半衰期是1.92 d; 加倍用药量为1500.0 g/hm2时, 其在土壤中的消解动态方程C=6.782e-0.38t(r2=0.971), 半衰期是1.82 d。结论 苄嘧磺隆的残留在作物中未被检出, 不同剂量的苄嘧磺隆对小麦、玉米的千粒重、株高均没有影响。
英文摘要:
      Objective To detect the residues of bensulfuron-methyl in soil and crops seeds to gain a series of reliable datum for analyzing its influence on crops. Methods The residues of bensulfuron-methyl in soil and crops seeds were detected by solid phase extraction with high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC), and the field plot test samples were analyzed. Results The results showed that when the dosage of 10% WP (wettable powder) bensulfuron-methyl was 750.0 g/hm2, the degradation dynamic equation was C=3.695e-0.36t (r2=0.992), its T50 was 1.92 d. When the dosage of 10 % WP bensulfuron-methyl was 1500.0 g/hm2, the degradation dynamic equation was C=6.782e-0.38t (r2=0.971), its T50 was 1.82 d. Conclusion The residues of bensulfuron-methyl in wheat and maize grains were not determined. It had no effect on wheat and maize grain thousand kernel weight and plant height in these rotational plants within different dosages.
