目的 建立气相色谱法测定矿泉水中碘化物的含量。方法 矿泉水样品中的碘化物在酸性条件下与丁酮反应生成碘代丁酮衍生物, 经毛细管柱RTX-5分离, 采用电子捕获检测器检测, 以外标法定量。结果 碘化钾在0~0.2 μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数为0.9977, 检出限为0.001 mg/L, 6次重复测定的精密度为0.878%, 在0.02、0.05和0.1 μg 3个加标水平下, 样品加标回收率为90.5%~92.8%。结论 该方法的检出限和精密度均符合要求, 线性关系和回收率满意, 方法可行。 |

Objective To establish a method for determination of iodide in mineral water by gas chromatography (GC). Methods Under acidic condition, the reaction of iodide in mineral water with butanone generated iodine generation of butanone, the ramification was separated by RTX-5 column, and detected by electron capture detector (ECD) with external standard method for quantitation. Results The iodine generation of butanone had a good linear relationship in the range of 0~0.2 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.9977. The limit of detection was 0.001 mg/L, and the precision was 0.878% (n=6). The recovery rates of samples spiked at 3 levels of 0.02, 0.05 and 0.1 μg were 90.5%~92.8%. Conclusion The detection limit and precision can meet the requirements of detection, and the linear relationship and recovery are satisfactory, so the established method is feasible. |
