      目的 建立顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用法同时测定食品包装纸中环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧氯丙烷和二氧六环残留量的分析方法。方法 通过实验优化影响测定方法的主要因素, 确定平衡温度、平衡时间和色谱条件。结果 4种分析物的标准工作曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999, 方法定量限分别为0.46、0.45、0.83和1.56 μg/g, 回收率为94.3%~106.7%, 精密度(RSD)为0.7%~5.5%(n=3)。结论 本方法操作简便、分析速度快、结果准确, 适用于食品包装纸中环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、环氧氯丙烷和二氧六环残留量的同时检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, epichlorohydrin, and dioxane in food packaging papers by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrography. Methods The main factors influencing the determination, including equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time and chromatographic conditions were optimized. Results The calibration curves for 4 kinds of analytes were linear with correlation coefficients all over 0.999. The limits of quantitation of the method were 0.46, 0.45, 0.83 and 1.56 μg/g, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 94.3% to 106.7 with relative standard deviations (n=3) in the range of 0.7% to 5.5%. Conclusion The proposed method is simple, rapid and accurate, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, epichlorohydrin, and dioxane in food packing paper.
