      近年来国内食品安全事件频发,暴露了我国食品安全规制设计工作的不足与弊端,因此有必要加强我国食品安全规制水平,有效地保障我国食品行业的知识产权。现阶段, 我国食品安全领域对知识产权的关注度普遍较小。本文立足于知识产权语境, 结合实例论述了知识产权与食品安全的联系、对我国的相关食品安全法规进行了解读, 并对我国食品安全规制存在的问题及建设基于知识产权保护的食品安全规制方法进行了阐述, 提出了一些对应的解决方法, 以期推动基于知识产权保护的食品安全规制设计工作的发展。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, the domestic food safety incidents exposed the deficiencies and drawbacks of the design of food safety regulation in China, so it is necessary to strengthen food safety regulation in China, and protect the intellectual property rights of food industry in our country. In present period, the attention to intellectual property rights is generally less emphasized in food safety field in China. Based on the context of intellectual property rights, this article discussed the relationship between intellectual property rights and food safety combined with some examples, unscrambled relevant food safety rules and regulations in China, and explained the problems in those regulations. At the same time, this paper proposed some means of building food safety regulations based on intellectual property protection, and put forward some corresponding solutions, which in order to promote the development of food safety regulation design work based on the protection of intellectual property rights.
