      功能性食品除了拥有普通食品的营养基本功能和满足感官享受外, 还具有调节生理活动的保健功能。功能性食品可以达到增强机体的防御功能, 调节机体内环境平衡与生理节律的作用, 提高人体免疫力, 并且特有的功能性食品可提供专供运动员及参加运动人群用的、安全性好、符合健康要求的食品。而运动员作为一种特殊人群, 要根据运动需要补充相应的功能性营养品, 同时运动时能量物质消耗比安静时增加, 物质代谢加强, 就要求增加营养和能量的补充, 因此选用功能性食品作为运动员体能增加的服用食品具有潜在可能性。本文通过对当前国内外有关文献的综述分析, 针对功能性食品中的增强体能的物质进行特点分析, 提出功能性食品的研究可提高运动员体能的可能性, 提供了有助于提高运动员的体能水平的科学依据。
英文摘要:
      Functional foods can adjust physiological activities of the health care in addition to the basic function with ordinary food nutrition that satisfy the sensual pleasure. Functional foods can enhance the body's defense system, regulate the body's internal environment and circadian rhythms balance, and improve human immunity. The special functional food meets the requirements of the athletes and sports people’s health body. Athletes, as a kind of special groups, require more nutrition and energy supplement. The functional foods can provide the athletes of nutrient and energy , therefore the functional foods as athletes’ physical taking food has the potential for research according to the energy consumption to add the corresponding functional nutrition. This article analyses the current domestic and international relevant researches and in view of the functional characteristics of performance-enhancing substance, and the possibility that functional foods could improve the athletes physical ability, which could provide a certain scientific basis to improve the stamina of the athletes.
