      目的 建立黄瓜、西红柿中苯丁锡残留量的检测方法。方法 样品采用二氯甲烷:乙腈(V:V=1:2)溶液振摇提取, 用N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)作为净化剂净化, 采用PhenomenexKinetex EVO C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), 以乙腈:0.01 mol/L盐酸(含0.6%氯化钠)(V:V=85:15)为流动相等度洗脱分离, 流速1.0 mL/min, 在220 nm波长处用高效液相色谱法检测。结果 苯丁锡在0.5~50 mg/L范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为92.9%~98.6%, 相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.7%~5.0%之间(n=6), 检出限为0.05 mg/kg。结论 该方法操作简便、准确、可靠, 可用于黄瓜、西红柿等蔬菜中苯丁锡残留量的测定。

      Objective To develop a method for determination of fenbutatin oxide in cucumbers and tomatoes. Methods The vegetable samples were extracted with dispersive solid-phase extraction (d-SPE) of dichloromethane/ acetonitrile (V:V=1:2), and cleaned up using PSA, the extracts were separated with Phenomenex Kinetex EVO C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), using acetonitrile and 0.01 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution (0.6% sodium chloride) (V:V=85:15) as mobile phase under 1.0 mL/min flow rate. Finally, the extracts were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with 220 nm. Results It had a good linearity of fenbutatin oxide in 0.5~50 mg/L. The average recoveries were in range of 92.9%~98.6%, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.7%~5.0%(n=6) and the limits of detection were 0.05 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the determination of fenbutatin oxide in cucumbers and tomatoes.
