      目的 分析冷冻南极磷虾中总细菌菌群和可培养细菌菌群的结构特征。方法 提取冷冻南极磷虾中宏基因组, 通过高通量测序技术进行总细菌菌群分析; 提取冷冻南极磷虾中可培养细菌菌落的总DNA, 通过高通量测序技术进行可培养细菌菌群分析。结果 冷冻南极磷虾中总细菌菌群多样性丰富, 相对丰度大于1%的包括芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、肠球菌属(Enterococcus)、克罗诺杆菌属(Cronobacter)、嗜碱菌属(Alkaliphilus)、八叠球菌(Sarcina)、乳球菌属(Lactococcus)、类芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus)、土壤杆菌属(Sediminibacterium)、未分类菌(unclassified)、罗尔斯顿菌属(Ralstonia)、鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)以及苯基杆菌属(Phenylobacterium), 占总量的85.04%。冷冻南极磷虾中可培养的细菌种类少, 主要包括假交替单孢菌属(Pseudoalteromonas)、嗜冷杆菌属(Psychrobacter)和嗜冷单胞菌属(Psychromonas), 相对丰度分别为64.43%、33.47%和1.75%。可培养细菌中占优势的假交替单孢菌属、嗜冷杆菌属和嗜冷单胞菌属仅占总细菌菌群的1.10%。结论 本研究初步揭示了南极磷虾细菌菌群的多样性和相对丰度, 为进一步研究微生物与南极磷虾品质的相关性奠定基础。

      Objective To analyze the structure of total and cultured bacterial flora in frozen Antarctic krill Euphausia superba. Method Total bacterial flora was analyzed via high-throughput sequencing technique after extracting the metagenomic DNA. Cultured bacterial flora was analyzed via high-throughput sequencing technique after extracting total cultured colonies’ total DNA. Result The diversity of total bacterial flora was relatively high. The genera in total bacterial flora with more than 1% relative abundance were as follows: Bacillus, Enterococcus, Cronobacter, Alkaliphilus, Sarcina, Lactococcus, Paenibacillus, Sediminibacterium, unclassified, Ralstonia, Sphingomonas and Phenylobacterium, the total relative abundance of these generas were accounting for 85.04%. Only a few genera were detected in cultured bacterial flora, including Pseudoalteromonas, Psychrobacter and Psychromonas with the relative abundance of 64.43%, 33.47% and 1.75%, respectively. Pseudoalteromonas, Psychrobacter and Psychromonas which were predominant in cultured bacterial flora only accounted for 1.10% of total bacterial flora. Conclusion The diversity and relative abundance of bacteria in frozen Antarctic krill Euphausia superba were revealed in this study, which can provide a basis to further investigate the correlation between microorganism and quality of Antarctic krill.
