      目的 基于Android开源平台对MicroNIR 1700微型近红外光谱仪开发微型近红外光谱仪实时检测云系统。方法 使用USB Host模式开发Android app应用程序, 实现微型近红外光谱仪的控制、光谱采集、样品指标检测、短信通知等功能; 采用SHH开源架构搭建web云服务平台, 依据光谱分析仪器需求实现了数据监听、数据库存储以及检测信息地图标注等后台服务功能, Android设备通过移动网络与web云服务连接, 实现数据的传递与共享。结果 使用者仅需通过app程序下载相对应的模型文件并连接微型近红外光谱仪即可实现样品指标的现场检测, 并结合网络云服务实现了样品指标检测结果、模型信息、测量时间、终端定位等关键数据的智能云端化监测管理功能。结论 该系统运行稳定, 为微型近红外光谱仪的网络化、智能化发展提供了一种方向。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a portable near-infrared spectrometer real-time detection cloud system of MicroNIR-1700 miniature near-infrared spectrometer based on Android open source platform. Methods Using USB host mode to develop Android app application, the function of spectrometer controlling, spectrum acquisition, sample measurement and SMS notification were achieved. Open source framework of SHH was used to build web services platform, realizing the service function of data monitoring, database storage and map labels of detection information. Android device could connect web cloud service to transfer and share data through the mobile network. Results Users only needed to download the corresponding model file on app program to detect sample target on the spot by near-infrared spectrometer, and smart cloud monitoring and management of critical data such as detection results, model information, detection time and terminal location were realized combined with network cloud services. Conclusion The system is stable and provides a direction for further development of micro near-infrared spectrometer.
