目的 针对农产品中转基因检测抽样过程, 研究从批到实验室样品的抽样过程中各因素对最终结果准确性的影响。方法 历时5年, 对395批在港口装/卸的散装农产品货物开展了系统的抽样研究, 对每批货物的取样进行分析。结果 获得非均匀性变量分布图、变差图、辅助函数图和抽取份样的RSD随份样数变化图, 从而评估份样量、份样数、抽样方法及批量对测量结果的影响。结论 对含量>10?4的日常散装批, 给出关于最小份样量、最小份样数、抽样方法以及批量范围的建议。 |

Objective To study the effects of the sub-process from lot to laboratory sampling on the accuracy of results during sampling of genetically modified organism (GMO) content analysis in agricultural products. Methods During 5 years, increments were sampled from 395 batches of bulk lots at ports and analyzed independently. Results Statistical analysis, including the heterogeneity posed by increments, variograph, auxiliary functions and total sampling RSD were obtained to assess the effects of mass, increment number, sampling method and lot size on measuring result. Conclusion For the bulk cargo with GMO content larger than 10-4, minimum increment mass and number, sampling method and lot size were detailed advised. |
