目的 对蔬菜及其制品中苯甲酰脲类农药残留的不确定度进行评定。方法 通过高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法对蔬菜及其制品中苯甲酰脲类农药残留量测定过程进行分析, 对数学模型中的各不确定度分量进行识别和量化, 最后计算出相对合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果 当蔬菜及其制品中除虫脲、灭幼脲和氯吡脲的浓度为10.4、9.98、9.74 μg/kg时, 其扩展相对不确定度分别为3.5%、1.8%和2.2%(k=2)。测量不确定度来源主要由标准溶液的配制的准确度、方法的准确度和测量的重复性组成。结论 该评估模型为高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法对蔬菜及其制品中苯甲酰脲类农药残留量的不确定度提供了参考依据。 |

Objective To establish a mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation of benzoylurea pesticide residues in vegetables and vegetable products. Methods The evaluation process of benzoylurea pesticide residues in vegetables and invegetable products determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectromrtry (HPLC-MS/MS), mathematical model was applied to calculate the uncertainty component in the process, then the relative combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. Results When the content of diflubenzuron, chlorbenzuron and forchlorfenuron in vegetable and vegetable products were 10.4, 9.98 and 9.74 μg/kg, the extension relative uncertainty were 3.5%, 1.8% and 2.2% (k=2), respectively. The main sources of the uncertainty measurement were the accuracy of standard solution preparation, accuracy of method and the repeatability of measurement. Conclusion It provided a reference basis for uncertainty evaluation of benzoylurea pesticide residues in vegetables and vegetable products by HPLC-MS/MS. |
