      食品安全是关系到人民健康和国际民生的重大问题, 食品的安全性越来越引起社会的关注, 食品安全风险监测工作正面临着巨大的挑战。本文从注重培养与引进人才, 搭建施展技术能力的平台; 注重能力提升, 在食品安全风险监测工作中发挥技术支撑作用; 注重科研和工作的结合, 发挥重点实验室作用, 为人民健康保驾护航; 展望未来, 以科技创新为动力, 开创食品安全风险监测工作新局面等方面阐述了用科技创新理念推动吉林省疾病预防控制中心食品安全风险监测。目前无论从监测样品的品种、数量和监测的区域, 还是监测结果反映出的问题上均有较好发展, 为从事食品安全风险监测工作提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Food safety is an important issue which is related to people's health and livelihood of the people, which is more and more causing the concern of the society. Food safety risk monitoring work is facing a huge challenge. This paper summarized the major measures for promoting the sustained and healthy development of the food safety risk monitoring work of Jilin provincial center for disease control and prevention with concept of science and technology innovation from the following several aspects: paying attention to training and the introduction of talents, building ability technology platform; paying attention to the ability to ascend, playing the role as the technical support in the food safety risk monitoring; paying attention to the combination of scientific research and work, giving play to the role of key laboratory to protect people's health. At present, the monitoring samples from the variety, quantity and monitoring of the region of the monitoring samples, as well as the monitoring results reflect a better development, which providing a reference for the food safety risk monitoring.
