      目的 对中药石菖蒲中的元素进行分析研究。方法 运用微波消解进行前处理,电感耦合原子发射光谱质谱联用技术进行检测,建立中药材中40种元素的测定方法。结果 成功运用该方法检测出石菖蒲中的32种元素。方法回收率在80%到110%之间,相对标准偏差不大于10%。结论 该方法有效、快速、稳定,检出限低,回收率好,可用于中药石菖蒲元素分析。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analysis metals in Chinese traditional medicine Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma. Methods Based on microwave digestion as pre-treatment and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer as detecting instruments, 40 metals simultaneous detection method was developed. Results 32 metals in Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma were detected using developed method. The recoveries were between 80% and110%,and relative standard deviations were not more than 10%. Conclusion The method was efficient, and reliable which could be ued to analyze metals in Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma.
